Terms of Use
The rules for Betacoil accounts, COIL Extraction Royale, fair play, Cash Arena, wallets, and appeals.
What matters at a glance
Betacoil beta accounts require users to be at least 18.
Recorded server state controls match actions, results, and evidence.
Paid entry is limited by location, eligibility, and live disclosures.
Material restrictions and financial holds can receive human review.
Agreement and service contactWho these Terms cover, what names mean, and how to contact us.
These Terms of Use govern your access to Betacoil, the website and service available at betacoil.com and play.betacoil.com, and to COIL Extraction Royale, the multiplayer game made available through it, together with related account, support, and community features (the “Service”). Betacoil is the name of the website and service, and COIL is the shortened name of the game. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Current service contact: [email protected]. Any additional operator identity, service address, licence, or local terms required for Cash Arena in your location must be displayed before you can enter a paid match there. If required information is not displayed, Cash Arena is not offered to you in that location.
Age and eligibilityAccounts are for adults who can legally use the Service where they live.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Betacoil account for COIL during beta.
- You must be legally able to enter these Terms and use the Service where you are located.
- You may not use the Service if we have suspended or closed your account, or if applicable law prohibits access.
- Cash Arena may require a higher minimum age, physical-location verification, identity checks, and additional eligibility conditions. Being 18 does not guarantee Cash eligibility.
Beta status and current availabilityBeta features can change; Cash Arena access is being expanded in stages.
Betacoil and COIL Extraction Royale are in beta. Features may be incomplete, changed, paused, reset, or removed while reliability, balance, security, and player experience are tested. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of beta progress, ratings, or test data except where law requires otherwise.
Training is available for learning the game. Ranked availability may depend on service readiness. Cash Arena is in a controlled rollout and is currently available only to some eligible accounts. The staged rollout is expected to reach 100% of otherwise eligible accounts in supported locations by 1 September 2026. This does not guarantee access to every registered account; age, identity, security, physical-location, sanctions, risk, and service-availability checks still apply.
Accounts and securityKeep one accurate account and protect every credential connected to it.
- Provide accurate information and keep it current. Use one account unless we expressly authorize another.
- Keep your password, email account, device, two-factor credentials, recovery codes, and wallet credentials secure. Do not share or sell an account.
- Tell Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a compromised account.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a failure for which we are legally responsible.
- Betacoil Support will never ask you to send or disclose your password or two-factor code in a ticket, email, chat, or phone call. We will never ask for your private key or wallet recovery phrase.
Game objective and rulesLearn the extraction objective and which live rules control each match.
COIL Extraction Royale (COIL) is a multiplayer extraction game. Players begin from the same configured starting state, steer a growing serpent, collect arena value, spend mass to boost, avoid collisions and storm pressure, and choose whether to extract during W1 or W2 or remain for the final crown.
Arena value is a gameplay score and resource. It is not Wallet CU and has no fixed cash value. Mode, ruleset, timing, capacity, scoring, and result details shown in the live game and match report apply to that match. Illustrations on public pages are examples, not guaranteed outcomes.
Training, Ranked, ratings, and leaderboardFree modes carry no wallet risk; Ranked performance may be public and recalculated.
Training and Ranked do not place wallet funds at risk. Training is for learning. Ranked may change visible skill rating (“SR”), match history, season statistics, and leaderboard placement.
Your display name, rating, rank, wins, and rated-match count may be publicly visible. Ratings and leaderboards may be recalculated, reset between seasons, or corrected after invalid or voided matches.
Cash Arena availability and acceptancePaid entry is optional, eligibility-limited, and preceded by complete live disclosures.
Cash Arena is available through a controlled account rollout and only in expressly supported locations to users who meet the applicable age, identity, security, sanctions, source-of-funds, and physical-location requirements. It is not currently available to every account. Completing registration, verification, or funding does not guarantee eligibility.
Where Cash Arena is offered to you, these Cash sections, any location-specific Cash Addendum presented for acceptance, and the live entry disclosures apply. Before confirmation, the entry screen must show the buy-in, service fee, total amount authorized, maximum possible loss, prize or payout formula, cancellation and refund terms, and any review hold. You may lose the full buy-in and the disclosed fee; profit is not guaranteed.
Cash scoring and money flowBuy-ins, fees, escrow, payout weights, and rounding follow disclosed match rules.
When a player confirms a Cash entry, we reserve the displayed buy-in plus service fee. At match start, the buy-in moves to match escrow and the service fee is recorded separately. The prize pool excludes the service fee and equals participant count multiplied by the buy-in.
Each player's non-negative extracted arena value plus final settlement value becomes a payout weight. A player's share is the prize pool multiplied by that weight and divided by total weight, with deterministic cent rounding. If every weight is zero, the recorded winner receives the pool; if no winner is recorded, buy-ins are returned. The live entry screen and any applicable Cash Addendum control if they disclose different match-specific terms.
Wallet, USDC, and blockchain riskWallet CU and arena value differ, while blockchain mistakes may be irreversible.
Where wallet functions are available, Wallet CU is a display unit separate from arena value; 100 Wallet CU represents approximately 1 USDC. Supported blockchain details must be shown in the wallet interface. The supported network and asset for the current rollout are Base USDC unless the live wallet interface expressly states otherwise.
Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. Sending the wrong token, using the wrong network, entering the wrong address, or losing wallet credentials can cause permanent loss. Recovery is not guaranteed. Public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, amounts, and timestamps may remain visible on the public blockchain indefinitely.
Cancellations, voids, refunds, and holdsRefunds depend on match stage and evidence; protective holds are not findings.
For a Cash match, the entry screen and any applicable Cash Addendum control cancellation and refund rights. An eligible, authorized platform void before meaningful gameplay returns the full locked amount, including the displayed service fee. After meaningful gameplay, a disconnect or complaint does not create an automatic refund.
Settlement may be held while we review replay integrity, fraud, sanctions, identity, security, or match evidence. A hold is protective and is not itself a finding of misconduct. Where funds belong to a user, account suspension does not give us a blanket right to confiscate them; release remains subject to lawful restrictions, reversals, disputes, and verified withdrawal requirements.
Fair play, anti-cheat, and reviewLayered server validation protects fair matches while material actions remain reviewable.
Do not use bots, automation, unauthorized clients, exploits, collusion, multi-accounting, match manipulation, network abuse, false identity information, or attempts to submit server-owned state. Do not harass players or misuse support and reporting tools.
Fair-play protection is built around authoritative server state, live input and protocol validation, deterministic replay evidence, signed integrity records, and layered account and match-risk signals. The server—not a player's device—decides valid movement, collisions, extraction, placement, and results. These safeguards help distinguish manipulation from normal connection and device variation while preserving evidence for consistent review.
We may reject invalid inputs, rate-limit or disconnect abusive clients, invalidate affected matches, preserve relevant evidence, restrict competitive access, or suspend an account. Measures are selected in proportion to the available evidence, the risk to other players, funds, and the Service, and the history of the conduct. Ordinary latency, jitter, loss, reordering, reconnects, touch input, or strong performance alone are not proof of cheating. Material restrictions and sanctions may be appealed, receive human review, and be corrected or reversed when the evidence supports it.
Complaints and appealsSupport can review match, integrity, ledger, and incident evidence for a case.
Contact [email protected] or use signed-in Support. Include the match ID, room ID, transaction hash, approximate UTC time, and a concise explanation. Do not send passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, or two-factor codes.
We may compare the server report, replay, integrity evidence, match stage, ledger state, and incident history. Depending on the evidence and applicable rules, a case may be settled as recorded, voided or refunded when eligible, corrected, or escalated. You may ask for human review of a material automated restriction or financial hold.
Responsible playPaid play is optional entertainment with risk, never income or an investment.
Paid play is entertainment with financial risk—not employment, income, savings, or an investment. Never use borrowed funds or money needed for essentials, and never increase spending to chase a loss.
You may ask Support to restrict current or future Cash access. See Responsible Play for warning signs and practical steps. We may impose account or product limits where needed for safety or compliance.
Intellectual property and user materialYou receive a limited personal licence and keep rights in material you submit.
The Service, game, software, visuals, audio, names, logos, rules presentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of the Service and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms.
You keep rights in material you submit, such as support attachments. You grant us only the permission reasonably needed to host, process, review, and respond to that material and to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Do not submit material you lack the right to use.
Suspension, closure, and account deletionAccess may be restricted for safety or enforcement, and closures can be requested.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access to protect players, investigate abuse, comply with law, respond to security incidents, or enforce these Terms. Measures should be proportionate to the available evidence and may be changed after review.
You may request account closure through Support. Some records may be retained after closure when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, financial reconciliation, disputes, or exercise of legal rights. The Privacy Notice explains the criteria used.
Service changes and availabilityBeta services may change or pause, subject to rights that law does not let us exclude.
We may maintain, update, balance, or discontinue beta features. Where reasonably possible, material planned downtime or changes that affect user rights will be communicated through the Service or status page.
We do not exclude obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those obligations, the beta Service is provided on an “as available” basis and may contain errors or interruptions. Do not rely on it for emergency, custodial, investment, or income purposes.
Liability and mandatory rightsMandatory consumer protections remain intact alongside permitted risk allocations.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of obligations that cannot be limited, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by unsupported devices, user-controlled credentials, wrong-chain or wrong-address transfers, third-party outages outside reasonable control, or prohibited use. Any liability limitation is subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Changes, governing law, and disputesMaterial updates receive notice and local mandatory protections continue to apply.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, product, or operational reasons. A new version and effective date will be posted. Material changes require reasonable notice and, where appropriate, fresh acceptance before continued use. A material expansion or change to Cash Arena may require updated terms or a location-specific Cash Addendum.
Applicable law and competent courts govern without removing mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence. Before filing a formal claim, contact Support so the issue can be investigated. This does not restrict any right to contact a regulator, consumer authority, data-protection authority, or court.
